This PALO qualification takes place virtually on MS Teams 25th – 27th November 2025
A national delivery in 2025 of the Level 4 Police Alcohol Licensing Officers Award with the 3-day classroom phase delivered via Teams on the following dates:

The classroom days will run from 9am to 4pm each day. The admin and prep work for this qualification will be issued week approx. 4 weeks before the start of the classroom phase.
The classroom phase is followed by an 8-month assessment phase during which time delegates compile work-based evidence against the qualification criteria to achieve this vocational qualification.
Delegates are provided with comprehensive learner support by the Academy including one to ones and a group review via Teams around the 3 month point of the assessment phase.
The Academy also provides qualified and dedicated support for delegates with neurodivergent requirements
